The online advertising company recently announced a new addition to their customer service team, which will allow them to better serve the needs of their clients by making another representative available to answer questions and address concerns.
Starting in June 2012, Alisa Sandberg has become the newest campaign coordinator on Prospect Genius’s customer service team. The responsibility of the campaign coordinator is to communicate with the client throughout the entire SEO campaign, from approving the initial launch to resolving any complications to personalizing the site content. As the primary client contact, the assigned campaign coordinator becomes the face of PG for that customer.
