Prospect Genius

Just wanted to say thanks! My site has only been up for about 48 hours and this morning I received my first call for a commercial washer repair. The customer said that he really liked my site too!

I just wanted to let you know how we appreciate your services. I was a little skeptical at first on your concept. It sounded to good to be true and we all know what they say about that. We have always done our own website and site maintenance in house, but with the ever changing way of doing business we were looking for something more economical and more effective. I spoke with Joe who caught me by surprise by not being pushy at all. Letting it up to me and answering all my questions to all my concerns. When I heard about your tracking system that sends me emails for missed calls that comes with the package, it made my decision one of the easier business decisions to make.

Just the other day I received a email for a missed call. Let me explain as I mentioned before doing business now is quite different than before, I find myself doing a lot more tasks than before. I received the email as I was in the field and called the customer back right away. We sent a technician out to a home that was less than 5 miles form the shop. Our tech sold $ 847.35 and we now have another customer to add to our database. Ordinarily we would have lost it if not for your services.

Let’s not forget Lori who is always there when we need her and is always helpful and patient with me. We have had experience with companies that think everyone should be an expert with computers and websites and have little or no patience for companies like ours. Hello, they just don’t get that if I knew all of this I would not be inquiring. It is the same in our business.

I wanted to call and say we just booked our first job through Prospect Genius. It was a good job and booked within the first few weeks of our program. I just wanted to say thank you for staying on us and getting us signed up with your program, we’re looking forward to continued success!

Until recently I had a member of my staff working with Prospect Genius but until my visit I was not aware of how the Prospect Genius system worked. We have been re-evaluating our marketing plans and discussing changes in an effort to improve results. Prospect genius among other things was a target for cut back until I visited your location yesterday and got a real understanding of the value added you provide. The web site you created for me is great, clean and professional and when I was shown how I could monitor my own web activity I was more than impressed with the tools and reports. I intend to follow up with you to discuss some ideas I have on how we might optimize the results I get from your efforts and as I cut some forms of advertising I expect to expand our marketing into other geographic areas through Prospect Genius.
